WROUGHT IRON, SILVER AND SPINEL RING BY MARIANNE ANSELIN
Marianne Anselin creates and manufactures jewelry in her Parisian workshop since 2007.
Her special feature : to work mainly with metal, iron in particular. As she strolls, she gleans abandoned objects: tin cans, bolts, springs, old rusty cans, weathered by wind and rain. She also uses pebbles, wood or even leaves.
To all these materials she gives a second life. She twists them, forges them, embellishes them with gold, silver, precious stones. The result is surprising and unique, like this wrought iron, silver and spinel ring.
Marianne’s jewelry is present in various private and public collections (Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, La Piscine Musée d’Art et d’Industrie de Roubaix and the collection of the city of Cagnes-sur-Mer).
The jewels presented at Galerie Kara are precious and delicate.
We recommend you some precautions so that they preserve their original beauty.

The stones, by dint of being worn, become slightly opaque.
Do not hesitate to clean them with dish soap and a small soft brush. The result is magical!
Store them in their original packaging in order to protect from light, heat and humidity.
